Mindful Leadership Communication for Teams (1-day workshop)
Developing directors, managers, and future leaders into mindful leaders. Participants delve into relationship awareness, leading change effectively, and communicating in conflict. Using performance tools and awareness exercises, the group identifies what drives team behavior and more effective leadership communication practices. Participants come away with a personal and team road map to improved practices of listening, speaking, adjusting, and being present.
Mindful Leadership Communication (1:1 Coaching Program)
Twelve sessions to develop effective communication practices. This program addresses the particular communication needs of the client. We explore what it takes to be a great leader, including practices of life balance and mindfulness to improve interpersonal communication, creative thinking, focus, active listening, avoid burnout, and address conflict and change more successfully.
